<p><strong>NEW BRITAIN</strong><br />
Chris Chisholm of Farmington won the men&#8217;s 5K and Meredith Remigino of West Hartford the women&#8217;s 5K at Saturday&#8217;s CT Race in the Park, which benefits the CT Breast Health Initiative.</p>
<p>Chisholm, who will be 48 next week, finished first in the race in Walnut Hill Park in 16:24. Remigino, who had to hurry off to help the rest of the Remiginos run the Hartford Public Invitational track meet across town at Willow Brook Park, won in 19:25.</p>
<p>Ron Lombardi of Southington, who is 46, was the men&#8217;s runner-up (16:32) and Shawn Berard of Glastonbury was third (17:08). Kaeli Baker, 13, of Farmington, was second in the women&#8217;s race in 21:05 and Tessa Mah of Windsor was third (21:20).</p>
<p>Karen Fulton of Unionville was the first breast cancer survivor in 25:18.</p>
<p>There were 579 female finishers and 386 male finishers.<br />
